Obviously, Whitney Houston’s death was the number one tragedy on everyone’s mind at last night’s Grammy Awards. But there was something else to be distressed about, too: The “I’d let Chris Brown beat me”-themed tweets that emerged during his performance. Buzzfeed collected 25, and we’re sure there are more.
These should serve as a reminder that unhealthy and self-destructive attitudes are by no means the exclusive domain of troubled celebrities.
